Therefore, keep the fan clean to ensure proper operation.     Several tools are required for disassembling and cleaning; hex wrench (2.5 / 3.0 / 4.0 mm) and a screwdriver to remove and assemble the fan, brush to clean fan (We recommend iron brush or tooth brush when cleaning fan.)     Make sure the device is fully cooled before cleaning and replacement. First, power switch off and unplug power cord. And then remove hopper and bean entrance hole cover. Remove top cover by removing 6 fixing bolts with 2.5 mm hex wrench. Remove inner top cover by removing 6 fixing bolts with 3.0 mm hex wrench. And then remove one side cover by removing 4 fixing bolts with 4.0 mm hex wrench. Check positions of fan, flexible hose connected to fan, connection cable to activate fan and fixing bolts and order for disassembling. Remove flexible hose after loosening bolt of hose band with a screwdriver. And then separate cable terminal of fan connected with PCB board by pressing it with fingers. Pull out the separate cable thoroughly. And then remove 1 of 3 fixing bolts with a screwdriver and the remaining 2 fixing bolts behind the fan with the screwdriver. Raise and take the fan out to the side.     To separate the fan, connection cable and flexible hose are being connected. Clean up grease spatters from the fan blade with iron brush or tooth brush. Assembling is the reverse order of disassembling. ​

This detailed setup is provided for highly professional users who want to adapt more detailed setup to their own user programs. Now, we will give you an explanation of how to change the detailed setup for each program. First, select a program number you want to change the details. Let's try changing the detailed setup of No. 2. Press UP and ENTER key at the same time to change the detailed setup; and TEXT window is changed to 02-RP01 and 'SETTING' indicator light is on, indicating getting into the detailed setup stage of the program. 02-RP01 is the first heating step. Its temperature is set to 150°C, indicating the first heating step can rise up to 150°C. Press the ENTER key to change this setup. 'TEMPERATURE' indicator light will start flickering and then you can change the temperature setup by using UP & DOWN key. If you press ENTER key after changing it, the changed value will be saved and you can set the values such as the intensity of the heater in the first heating step, on a percentage basis. The current setup value is 95%, but you can change it slower or faster from 0% to 100% by using UP & DOWN key. If the change is finished, press the ENTER key again. And it will move on to HD01 of the program No. 2, the first temperature maintenance stage. The default value for the first maintenance stage is set to 0 minute and 0 second, the intensity of the heater to that time being set to 95%. Press the ENTER key to adjust holding time or heater power for the first maintenance stage. If you press the ENTER key, 'the time for the maintenance stage' indicator light will start flickering. You can change the time set to '0 minute 00 second' by using UP & DOWN key. Let's try setting the maintenance time to 5 seconds. If you select 5 seconds and press the ENTER key to save it, 'Heater power' indicator light will flicker again. You can change the intensity of the heater set to '95%' to the value from 0 to 100%. For example, select 92% and save it and press the ENTER key. Now, the setup for the first maintenance stage is completed. If you want to change it, press the ENTER key.    Press the ENTER key to adjust the temperature you want to select by using UP & DOWN key. After selecting it, press the ENTER key to save it. And then you can set the intensity of the heater for the second heating step. You can change the heater power set to '95%' into the value from 0 to 100%. Now, the setup for the second heating step is completed and it moves on to the second maintenance stage.      At present, the default value for the second maintenance stage is set to 2 minutes, heater power to that time being set to 90%. If you want to change these values, press the ENTER key. First, adjust the time for the second maintenance stage by using UP & DOWN key. If you press the ENTER key to save it, 'Heater power' indicator light will flicker again. If you change this value by using UP & DOWN key and press the ENTER key, the setup for the second maintenance stage is completed, reaching RP03, the third heating step. In this stage, the second crack occurs, the temperature being set to 190°C. Press the ENTER key to adjust the temperature by using UP & DOWN key. After selecting the temperature, press the ENTER key to save it. And then you can set the heater power for the third heating step. If you change it and press the ENTER key, it moves on to the last maintenance stage. For this stage, 'the holding time' is set to 30 seconds, the intensity of the heater being set to '90%'. You can adjust the holding time and the intensity of the heater by using UP & DOWN key for this stage. Now, all the detailed setup for the program No. 2. has been completed. ​ 

This section offers you instructions on how to copy the program of the Smart Ceramic Coffee Roaster, CEROFFEE CRF-800. Select the program number you want to import (PRGM-01~20) and copy it to the program with the other number. The program copying is used to change the intensity of the green coffee beans or create the programs with the various roasting strength levels easily, after saving the program for a certain green coffee beans. Call the program you want to copy from No. 1 to No. 20. Let's try selecting No. 1 and copying it. After selecting the program you want to copy, press UP and DOWN key at the same time; and then COPY in the Functional display starts flickering and the program number will flicker. Select the number to which you want to copy program No. 1 and save it, by pressing UP & DOWN button. let's try copying No. 1 to No. 5. Select No. 5 and press the ENTER button. And the program No. 1 will be copied to the program No. 5. After copying it, select the program No. 5 and press ENTER key to make difference in the roasting strength from that for the program No. 1. by moving it in the direction of LIGHTER or DARKER.   Now, let's move on to 'Roasting strength adjusting indicator' in the roasting strength. After changing the roasting strength in the direction of LIGHTER or DARKER by pressing UP & DOWN button and touch the ENTER button. In the case of program No. 5, 10 seconds in the direction of LIGHTER is selected. So, the roasted coffee beans will be discharged from the roasting chamber, 10 seconds earlier than program No. 1. In this way, you can create various roasting programs. ​ 

This section provides information on how to easily change the roasting strength of the Smart Ceramic Coffee Roaster, CEROFFEE CRF-800. If you select the program you want (PRGM-02~20) and touch the ENTER button, the 'Roasting strength adjusting indicator' for LIGHTER and DARKER will start flickering. Now, you are free to change the roasting strength. You can change the roasting strength by pressing the UP & DOWN key and move it in the direction of LIGHTER or DARKER. One space (level) means 5 seconds, one space (level) in the direction of DARKER indicating the roasted coffee beans are dumped from the roasting chamber, 5 seconds after the existing defined time, while one space (level) in the direction of LIGHTER indicating the roasted coffee beans are fallen from the roasting chamber, 5 seconds before the current defined time. When the change is completed, press the ENTER to save the changed value. Now, you are free to change the roasting strength by selecting the user program and pressing the ENTER button. ​ 

Now, we will explain how to perform a consecutive operation of Smart Ceramic Coffee Roaster, CEROFFEE CRF-800. To operate roasting cycle, you select the program, run the roasting process and then complete the roasting process. If the roasted coffee beans are completely discharged from the roasting chamber, the roasting process goes on to the cooling process automatically. If you press the CLEAR button after waiting for about 10 seconds to avoid smoke emission, cooling will be stopped and the roasting process will be returned to the initial state. Now, if you select a program again and press the START button, you can shorten the time required to preheat to 165°C, because it starts from a high temperature. In addition, you don't need to pull out the mesh container in the cooling chamber, because the roasted coffee beans are cooled continuously while the roaster is operated. But make sure to empty the mesh container before the roasting process is completed and the roasted coffee beans are dumped out. This way, you can perform the continuous roasting operation. ​
